Weblinx, Inc. announced February 28, 2005 that they have acquired local web design company, "A Fox Creation" for an undisclosed sum. In addition, Darren Fox of "A Fox Creation" has joined Weblinx as a full time web and graphic designer.
Fox, a 2001 Oswego High School graduate, anticipates finishing his second associate's degree from Waubonsee Community College in May of 2005.
"It's great to able to use my graphic talents to their full ability here in my hometown of Oswego, Illinois" Fox said. "I'm really excited to be working for Weblinx and look forward to adding my skill set to an established design company."
Weblinx, Inc. is a multi-talented web and design firm located in downtown Oswego. Weblinx is responsible for the design and maintenance of more than 300 public and private sector web sites including Kendall County, the Village of Oswego, the Village of Montgomery, the United City of Yorkville, and U.S. Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert.
"I am really excited about what Darren can bring to the company," said Weblinx President Andy Clements. "Not only is he a great graphic designer, but because of his education and training, he can handle a web project from concept to completion."
